Free Delivery

Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout to orders of UK greeting cards and UK orders £50+.

Standard UK Delivery £4.95*
Delivery will be calculated at checkout for your order. Our standard UK delivery provider is Royal Mail. All Standard UK Orders are sent using 2nd class mail, which usually takes 2-3 days. Orders received before 12pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

*Except for orders with Wall Planners, which are £5.95.

Premium Next Day Delivery £8.95
Orders received by 12pm (Mon-Thurs) will arrive the next day. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the following day. Orders received on Fri-Sun will be dispatched on the following Monday (except Bank Holidays).

International (Europe) £18.00
European orders should arrive within 3-5 days.
This price excludes greetings cards; which will be less and is calculated at checkout.

International Tracked (Rest of the World) £30.00
International orders should arrive within 7-14 days and will require a signature.
This price excludes greetings cards; which will be less and is calculated at checkout.

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want you to feel confident in your decision to shop with us. Therefore, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases except personalised orders.

Eligibility for Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The request for a refund must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase, please email us your name and order number.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email our customer service team orders@hellotime.co.uk with your order details and reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the items.
3. Ship the items back to us using the instructions provided. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3-5 business days.

Additional Information

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).

Your original postage charge will not be refunded.

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including personalised products.

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) based on the condition of the returned items or other specific circumstances.

We take great care and use specialist packing materials to ensure your parcel arrives in perfect order. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days orders@hellotime.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement for you.
