HELLO TIME’s design studio is based in Worcestershire, UK.
We are really proud that The HELLO TIME Planner is designed and made, right here, in the UK by family-owned British printers using traditional book binding methods.
We usually launch a new planner, end-paper design in September ready for the following year with new editions of the planner coming out every two years. Other paper products, stationery and greeting cards are launched throughout the year. We have a small wholesale program and work with a select group of design-led and lifestyle retailers. Please go to our WHOLESALE section for more details.

We typically don't run sales on our products as they are pretty timeless. Smaller print runs and curated collections means we very rarely have stock left over.
However if we do have a sale it would always go live in Jan and we may run a sample sale from time to time although we have very little damaged or seconds stock.

We love to save our customers time, so we offer a gift-wrapping service. When you select gift wrapping, we'll wrap your order in our thick signature HELLO TIME paper and finish with a black satin ribbon and WITH LOVE gift card. If you want to send a gift directly, we'd be happy to handwrite the gift card for you. Just pop your message in the message section, otherwise, leave it blank and we'll send you a card to add your own personal message.
In Nov and Dec, we replace this with a Christmas gift-wrapping option. We use the Snowy design, luxury, recyclable wrapping paper finished with a silver satin recyclable ribbon and WITH LOVE gift card.

Payment & Orders
We accept common forms of card payments including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express through our payment gateway Stripe.
Please send an email to hello@hellotime.co.uk along with an image of the item(s) you received and your order confirmation so we can expedite a solution.
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, usually the same day. But we will try to accommodate any order change where possible. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at orders@hellotime.co.uk. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will do our very best to accommodate your changes.

Delivery
We want you to receive your HELLO TIME order as soon as possible.
Orders are fulfilled from our studio in Worcestershire UK within 1 business day from the time your order is received and processed. We will send an email to you once your order has been dispatched. We do not ship orders over the weekend or outside business hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.

Your order is processed through the Post Office and will be delivered by Royal Mail.

Yes we ship worldwide. Just enter your delivery address and the shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same day.

Please allow 2-3 days for delivery on all ‘standard delivery’ orders & International orders should arrive between 5-7 days and will require a signature.
Next day and next day Sat delivery is available on all orders as long as we recieve your order by 12 noon.

Product & Stock
Our planners, notebooks and pads are all made sustainably in the UK by experienced printers, suppliers and bookbinders.
Your planner has a year’s worth of diary. 12 months, each with 5 weeks to accommodate when you start the planner and plenty of to-do list and notepages. We stress test the covers when we use a new material to make sure the planners look smart all year round.
Not specifaclly, but as the HELLO TIME Planner is undated so you can start it any time of the year. Our planners are favoured by teachers and students alike for that reason.
The HELLO TIME Planner has two unique week-to-view layouts.
Choose our Horizontal layout. The right-hand page is clear ready to jot down your to-do lists, notes and reminders.
Ot select our Vertical layout which is ideal if you have a lot of meetings, calls or appointments to schedule or you love to time-block.

There are no holidays or specific dates highlighted in the diary section as it’s an undated diary, ready to start when you are!

At the moment we only have one cover option which is our signature embossed typographic design. But we do have a choice of end paper designs.
