All UK standard orders are posted 2nd class by Royal Mail, please allow 3-4 days for delivery.

Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm next day – £9.95
Orders will arrive with your post the following day if you order before 1pm (Mon-Thurs only).
If you order after 1pm your order will be processed the following day.

Orders received on Fri-Sun will be dispatched on the next working day (Mon) and arrive the next day.

Royal Mail International Signed – £19.95
International orders should arrive between 5-7 days and will require a signature.

Returns
We take great care and use specialist packing that has been tried and tested, ensuring your parcel will arrive in good order. However in the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you have just had a change of heart, don’t worry. All we ask is that you contact us within 5 working days of receiving the parcel by calling 07597 874205 or emailing us at hello@hellotime.co.uk

Please note that all items need to be returned within 30 days complete and in a reasonable condition and that personalised/made to order products may not be returned unless faulty. Where possible we would ask that you return the item(s) in the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the costs associated with this. Once you have contacted us, we would recommend that you obtain a ‘Proof of Posting’ in the case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us.
